In Unicorns class, the children have a weekly music lesson with their class teachers. In addition to this, the children take part in whole school singing assemblies each week and perform to parents during the Christmas Nativity and at Harvest, Mother's day celebrations and as part of the Christmas service. 

In Key Stage 2, the children are taught to play a range of instruments by a music specialist teacher, Mr Matthew Male. These include the ukulele, guitar and samba drums. In the Summer Term, the children have the opportunity to work with Mr Peter Selby, who visits us weekly for a singing lessons. The children then have the chance to perform as part of the Bridgwater Singing Festival in July, where they sing two of their own songs and additional songs as part of a larger choir.
